Mrs. Janie T Collins

Janie T. Collins was born on September 18,1940 she went home to be with the lord on Monday October 2, 2023. She was born to the late Rev. Amos T. Foust and Fannie Mcmasters Foust in Greensboro.

She graduated from Dudley High school in 1958. She attended ECPI where she got a degree in Data Processing. She retired HR at Cone Mills for 30 years. She worked many years as a financial Secretary at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

She had a love for the lord, elephants, singing, and playing the piano. She was joined in union to the late Jacob Collins in1960 and to their union they had four children.

Janie was proceeded in death by two siblings Theodore Foust and Delasio Foust.

Janie leaves to cherish her loving memory four children; Sabrina Collins, Shon Collins, Christoper Collins (Lois) of Logansville GA and Gail Collins; brother John Foust sister Genva Dimery and sister n law Alice Foust. Four grandchildren Theo, Dominque, Miles and Morgan. two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, god children and other relatives and friends.
