Mrs. Carolyn Slade Obituary

Mrs. Carolyn Louise Slade passed away peacefully at Moses Cone Hospital surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of her life will be on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Faith Baptist Church 701 Slade St. Gibsonville, NC 27249 with interment immediately after the service at First Baptist Church 505 10th St. Gibsonville, NC 27249.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30-1:00 PM.

A public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Woodard Broadnax Funeral Service from 12-5 PM.
